Stoutfellows is a family run, bespoke commercial mobile bar. Delivering thousands of ice-cold drinks every hour from our unique Airstream Trailer to special events, weddings and festivals happening across the UK.

Our vintage American Revival Airstream Trailer was built specifically for Stoutfellows, allowing us to create the ultimate mobile bar service. Fitted with commercial cooling units and fridges, we have the capacity to keep all drinks at that exacting temperature. ICE-COLD.

How much does it cost?

What areas do you cover?

Our central location gives us quick access to the motorway network, allowing us to travel near or far.

What drinks do you stock?

We stock a wide range of draught and bottled beers, spirits, fine wines and champagnes. Please speak to us for specific requests.

Do your bars accept card payments?

We offer card payment (including contactless) facilities on our bars through Worldpay.

Do you provide set-up, glassware and service?

Our quotes include the cost to set-up the Airstream Trailer at your chosen venue, servers and any disposable glassware you may need.

Do I need to apply for any licenses?

If your event requires a temporary event notice for the sale of alcohol, we are able to apply directly for this on your behalf.

Will the Airstream Trailer fit at my outdoor venue?

The Stoutfellows Airstream Trailer will easily fit at most outdoor venues. The minimum clearance requirements we need to fit the trailer into are 9ft in width, 24ft in length and 10ft in height.

When will Stoutfellows set-up the Airstream Trailer for my event?

We recommend setting-up the Airstream Trailer at least two hours prior to the event start time. However, we can work with you to determine the best set-up time.

What are the electrical requirements?

Where available, the Stoutfellows Airstream Trailer can connect to a standard household electrical outlet. If this is not possible, we have a generator to provide power.

Stoutfellows catered a charity concert for us in April of 2019. Prior to the event, they were helpful and communicative, worked with us to sort out details and took care of the necessary licensing. Come the day of the event they were amazing. The range of drinks was great and the quality of the ales and wines on offer was appreciated by all our guests, as was the pricing which was way more than reasonable. The bar staff were friendly and helpful and their trailer was spotless and really added a touch of class to the whole event.

Next time we hold an event like this we won’t even consider selecting a date until we know Stoutfellows are available. A genuinely helpful, kind and supportive operation that you can book in complete confidence.

I would highly recommend Stoutfellows for any occasion, they came on recommendation and made my 50th a night not to forget, everyone commented what a professional touch they added to the evening. The staff are so friendly and accommodated every request prior to and at the event. The range of drinks was great and the quality of the ales, spirits and wines on offer were top class and appreciated by all the guests.
